In STAND OFF, I created two different mazes: one organic, the other geometrical. The rules for the left side were simple . . . paint a continuous flowing line that doesn’t intersect itself and that leaves nearly as much blue visible as orange. The right side was inspired by the Pig-in-a-Pen game, where you compete to connect the dots of a grid to create boxes. But my rules were different: without planning, paint the lines of a horizontal and vertical grid, making sure to touch every intersection. And, do not repeat shapes.
